Deleting Contacts

1. Turn on your phone and tap the 'Menu' button. Select 'Phonebook' to launch the address book. You should see a list of all the contacts stored in your phone.

2. Scroll down the list using the down arrow and select the contact that you want to remove from your phone.

3. Tap the 'Menu' button again and tap 'Delete' to remove the contact. Repeat these steps to remove any additional contacts.

Deleting Pictures

4. Turn on your phone and press the 'Menu' button. Select 'Multimedia' from the pop-up menu to launch the multimedia console.

5. Select 'Pictures.' You should see a list of the pictures uploaded to your cell phone. Scroll through the list and select the picture that you want to remove.

6. Press the 'Menu' button and select 'Delete' to remove the picture. Repeat these steps to remove any additional pictures.
