How to Force a Droid E

1. Press the 'Power' button, and then slide the unlock tab down or to the right to unlock the screen. Press the 'Home' button.

2. Press the button at the bottom of the screen to open the application drawer. Tap 'Email.'

3. Press the 'Menu' button. Tap 'Refresh.'

4. Press the 'Menu' button. Tap 'Account Options.' Tap 'Email check frequency.' Select 'Every 5 minutes.' Press the 'Back' button.
