How to Make Your Laptop Android Powered
1. Download the Android installation file from android-x86.org/download.
2. Insert a blank DVD or CD in to your CD burner. Right-click the .ISO file you downloaded from Android X86 and choose 'Burn disc image.' Click 'Burn.'
3. Restart your computer with the disc in the drive once the burn is complete. You may need to go in to your BIOS settings to change your computer's boot order. You access your computer's BIOS through a key press while the computer boots. The specific key varies between computers, so watch the screen for the appropriate button. Change the boot order so that the disc drive is first. Restart your computer after changing the BIOS settings.
4. Choose 'Live CD - Run Android X86 without installation' to test the operating system on your laptop. You can install the operating system on the hard drive if you wish after checking the compatibility or continue using it off of the CD.
