How Do I Root My Mobile?

1. Download Z4Root from the Google Android Market or via the link in 'Resources' below. If using the Resources link, use your phone's file manager, select the downloaded 'Z4Root.apk' file from the phone, then press 'Install.'

2. Open Z4Root on your mobile phone and press the 'Root' button on the Z4Root homescreen. Your Android mobile phone's screen will flash and the rooting process will begin.

3. Wait as the mobile phone is rebooted once. When the phone turns back on, the mobile will be rooted and you will have superuser permissions.

4. Press the application drawer icon on the lower middle of the Android homescreen. You will see a 'Superuser' application in the application drawer. This verifies that your mobile has been rooted.
