How to Connect Wiimotes to Android

1. Turn on your phone and press the 'Home' button. Tap the Application Drawer, then 'Android Market.'

2. Press the 'Search' button. Type 'Wiimote Controller' and tap 'Go.' Tap 'Wiimote Controller.' Tap 'Free,' then 'OK.' Note: there are multiple Wiimote apps in the Android Market and it is far and away the most reliable free option.

3. Slide the notification bar down and tap 'WiimoteController.' Tap 'I agree.' Tap 'Yes.' Tap the check box next to 'WiiControlerIME,' then 'OK.' Press the 'Back' button.

4. Tap 'Init and Connect.' Pick up your Wiimote and press the '1' and '2' buttons together. Your phone will connect with the Wiimote.

5. Press the 'Home' button and begin your game or emulator of choice. Note that you may need to do some configuration before the Wiimote can be properly utilized. When you're done, return to the WiimoteController app.

6. Tap 'SelectWiiControllerIME.' Tap your normal Android keyboard to return to the default configuration.
