1. Click 'Start' and type 'cmd' in the 'Search' field.
2. Press 'Enter' to display a command prompt.
3. Type 'chkdsk x: /f' and press 'Enter,' replacing 'x' with the drive letter upon which the DCIM file resides.
4. Press 'Y' to confirm the repair.
5. Reboot your computer to commence with the automated file repair.
