How to Sync an Android With Banshee

1. Connect the Android smart phone to your computer using the appropriate USB cable.

2. Click 'Applications' and select 'Sound & Video,' then 'Banshee Media Player.'

3. Select your Android smart phone from the 'Devices' section in the Banshee sidebar.

4. Select 'Manage manually' or 'Sync entire library' from the drop-down menu for 'Music,' 'Audiobooks,' 'Video' and 'Podcasts.' If you select 'Sync entire library,' all contents from that collection are transferred to your Android smartphone.

5. Manually transfer files to your Android smart phone by dragging and dropping the tracks, books, videos or podcasts from the collection pane to the Android device icon in the sidebar. These files are synced to the smartphone as soon as you drop them on the Android device icon.
