How to Increase Call Volume

1. Make or answer a call on your phone. Most cell phones do not allow you to turn the call volume up or down until you are actually on a call.

2. Locate the volume button on your cell. Typically, the volume button is located on the external side of a cell phone.

3. Turn the volume up as desired until you are satisfied with the volume level.
