How to Install the Android Market on a Nook Color
1. Mount your SD card to your computer by inserting it into your SD card drive.
2. Navigate on the Web to rbrune.de/nookhoney04.img.zip and allow the ZIP file to download to your computer. Extract the contents of the ZIP file to your desktop.
3. Navigate on the Web to launchpad.net/win32-image-writer/+download and select “win32diskimager-Release-0.3-r27-binary.zip” to download the disk image writer. Click the “Run” button when prompted to install the utility to your computer. Launch the program when it's finished downloading.
4. Click the “Folder” button in the Disk Image Writer application window, use the navigator dialog window to select the Android HoneyComb virtual image you extracted to your desktop and click “OK.”
5. Select your SD card drive in the menu of drives connected to your computer and click “Write” to write the Android HoneyComb for the Nook Color on your SD card.
6. Unmount the SD card from your computer by removing it from the SD card drive, turn off your Nook Color and mount the SD card to the device.
7. Turn on your Nook Color. The device runs the Android HoneyComb operating system. After the device has finished booting, tap “Market” to open the Android Market.
