How to Install Swype Beta on Backflip
1. Download the latest USB drivers from Motorola's website (see Resources). If you are running 32-bit Windows then download the 32-bit version, if you are running 64-bit Windows, make sure you download the 64-bit version.
2. Download Google's Android SDK to your computer (see Resources). Extract the folder and name it 'Android' or any other name that you choose.
3. On the Motorola Backflip go to; 'Settings,' 'Applications,' 'Development' and check the 'USB debugging' option.
4. Register with Swype and download the 'Swype.apk' file sent to your email. Place the file in the SDK folders 'Tools' folder.
5. Click 'Start,' 'Accessories' and 'CMD' under Windows. Type 'cd' in the terminal followed by the folder location and name that your Swype.apk file is in.
6. Type 'adb install Swype.apk' in terminal to install the program to your Backflip.
