How to Disable GPRS on Android
1. Press the menu button on your phone.
2. Tap the 'Settings' icon that appears in the slide-up box that appears.
3. Tap the 'Wireless & networks' option.
4. Check the box next to 'Airplane mode' by tapping it. This disables all radios on your Android smartphone, including the GPRS radio.
