How to Install a Zen V MP3 Player

1. Connect your Zen V MP3 player to its USB cable. Plug the other end of the USB cable into your computer.

2. Look for the pop-up window on your desktop that says 'New Device Detected.' Depending on your version of Windows, your computer may also show a picture of the Zen V MP3 player. Click on the 'Organize Now' button on the same window.

3. Install the Creative Media Source application from the CD that came with your Zen MP3 player. Download the application from Creative's website if you do not have the disc.

4. Click on the 'Import Tracks' button in the media player to find and load MP3 files to your Zen V MP3 player. MP3s on your computer are shown on the right side of the screen, while the contents of your MP3 player are shown on the left side.

5. Double-click on the arrow pointing from your PC's MP3 list to your Zen V's contents. A new window will appear in which you can monitor the transfer of your MP3 files. Disconnect your Zen V once the transfer is complete.
