How to Download Free Kindle Books for Android

1. Open the Android Market on your phone. Search for 'Kindle' and select the option labeled 'Kindle for Android' developed by 'Amazon Mobile.'

2. Press the 'Download' link and install the Kindle application to your Android phone. Open the Kindle application once it has finished downloading.

3. Press the menu button on your phone to bring up the Kindle options once the application has loaded. Select the 'Kindle Store' link to open the Kindle store that is optimized for Android in your phone's browser.

4. Scroll down the list of categories until you see 'Free Popular Classics.' Choose this option. Scroll down through the list of free books that are available until you find one that you would like to read. Select the book you would like to download.

5. Sign in to your Amazon account or use the browser to create one if you don't currently have one. Press the 'Buy Now with 1-Click' button once you have signed into Amazon. Ensure that you have selected to send the book wirelessly to your Android.

6. Press the 'Go to Kindle For Android' button when the download starts; the free book you selected will now be available in your Kindle For Android application screen.
