How to Install APKs on an Android With No USB Cable

1. Press the home button then the list button on your Android phone. Tap 'Settings' on the screen then press 'Applications' click the check box next to 'Unknown Sources' so that it's green, not gray. Press the back button to return to your home screen.

2. Press the magnifying glass button to launch a search from your phone. Type in the name of the application you want to install followed by 'APK' then press 'Enter.' Your phone will search the Internet for APK files. Alternatively you can browse a listing service for APKs that are grouped together. Some sites that host Android APKs are FreewareLovers.com, FreeAndroidWare.com and AndroidDownloadz.com.

3. Tap the download link to save the APK file to your phone. Once the download is complete, press the 'Install' button. Wait for the installation to complete then you will be able to fire up your new app and take it for a test spin.
