How to Move Pictures From Galleries to Folders on Droids
1. Disconnect the USB cord from the provided outlet charger. Plug the miniature USB connector into the Droid's USB port, and the other USB connector into your computer's USB port. Turn on your Droid's screen and click 'Mount SD Card.'
2. Click 'Browse Files' when Windows 7 AutoPlay appears. Double-click the 'DCIM' folder. Double-click the 'Camera' folder.
3. Right-click a blank space in the 'Camera' folder and click 'New' then 'Folder.' Give the folder a name that relates to the pictures you're adding, such as 'Pets.'
4. Drag the pictures you wish to transfer into the folder by holding down the left mouse button and moving your mouse on top of the folder. View a thumbnail of the picture by clicking it once; the thumbnail will appear at the bottom left of the screen. Repeat the process for any other folders you wish to create.
5. Click the up arrow on the task bar to reveal the 'Safely remove hardware' button. Click that button and eject your Droid. Turn on your Droid's screen and open the 'Gallery' application. The application will read 'Loading new albums.' After it is done loading the albums, you will see your newly created folder. Click the folder to access the pictures.
