How to Sync an Android SD Card With Google

1. Tap the 'Applications' section button.

2. Scroll through the app list until you find 'My Accounts' and tap it.

3. Choose your Google account and adjust your syncing options. Gmail, Calendar and Contact syncing are available and you can toggle these on and off at will.

4. Press the Android's menu button. Tap 'Sync Now' to force a sync between the phone and the selected Google account and applications.
