How to Play an MP4 on an Android Phone
1. Insert the memory card into the memory card slot on your Android phone. The exact location of the memory card slot will vary depending upon your phone model, so consult your device's documentation if you are having difficulty installing the card.
2. Connect the small end of the USB cable to the port on your device, and then connect the other end to a USB port on your computer.
3. Slide down through the notification bar at the top of your Android phone, and then tap the USB Connected option.
4. Touch the Mount option to set your phone to the USB storage mode necessary to transfer files.
5. Click the 'Start' button at the bottom left corner of your Windows 7 PC, and then select the Computer option.
6. Double-click the 'Removable Disk' icon for your Android phone.
7. Open the folder containing the MP4 file you want to play on your phone, and then click the file with your mouse and drag it to the Removable Disk folder.
8. Tap the Turn OFF USB Storage option in the notification window on your Android phone, and then disconnect the phone from your computer.
9. Press the 'Application' icon on your phone to expand the list of applications installed on your device.
10. Tap the 'Gallery' icon.
11. Touch the Videos folder, and then tap the MP4 file you just transferred to begin playback.
