How to Do a Hard Reset on Velocity Cruz

1. Find the 'Reset' button located between the USB port and power button. The 'Reset' button is located inside a tiny hole.

2. Stick the tip of a paperclip straight into the hole. Press down lightly and hold the paperclip in place for five seconds.

3. Remove the paperclip and press the power button to turn on the Cruz.
