How to Flash Your HD2 With Android

1. Launch a Web browser on your computer. Open the XDA Developers site. Search for and download 'MAGLDR 1.13' and any Android ROM labeled with 'NAND.' Extract both ZIP files to a location on your computer. Connect the HD2 to your computer.

2. Open the MAGLDR folder. Right-click 'ROMUpdateUtility.exe.' Select 'Run As Administrator.' If you are not already logged in to an administration permission account on your computer, switch users to one that has proper permissions to perform this installation. Check the box on the first installation screen. Click 'Next.' Check the second box and click 'Next.' Click 'Update.' Click 'Next' twice and wait for your phone to reboot to finish the installation.

3. Select 'Option 5: USB Flasher' on your phone. Press 'Call.' Open the NAND ROM directory on your computer. Right-click the 'Run DAF.exe' or 'install.exe' file and select 'Run As Administrator.' Click 'Next' twice. The package flashes the Android ROM on your HD2. Every time you boot your phone, you'll enter the Android operating system.
