How to Restore the MTP Protocol
1. Open the Start menu and type 'Command Prompt.'
2. Press 'Shift' and 'Enter' simultaneously to open the Command Prompt with administrative permissions.
3. Type 'cd %ProgramFiles%\Windows Media Player\' and press 'Enter.'
4. Type 'wmplayer.exe /resetprotocols' and press 'Enter.' Windows Media Player will restore all installed communication protocols to their default settings.
