How to Sync Facebook Pictures With Contacts on Android Phone

1. Set your Facebook account to sync with the phone. Check the account configuration from the 'Accounts & Sync Settings' section of the 'Settings' app. Tap a disabled account and select 'Sync Contacts' to activate it, or tap 'Add Account' to put a new Facebook account on the phone.

2. Tap the 'Contacts' icon from the application menu, or open the phone dialer from the quick launch section and tap the 'Contacts' tab. Press 'Menu' and select 'Display Options.'

3. Tap the drop-down arrow next to your Facebook account and check the 'All Contacts' box to ensure the Facebook contacts display correctly. You may turn off the Facebook contact display when finished. Press 'Back.'

4. Scroll down and tap the contact that you want to sync with a Facebook picture. You may select either the phone contact or the Facebook contact, but if the two use different names the final combined contact will use whichever name you select. Press the 'Menu' button, then tap the 'Edit Contact' option. Press 'Menu' again and select 'Join.'

5. Scroll down and tap on the second version of the contact in the list. The two contacts will combine into a single item and display the corresponding Facebook picture. Tap 'Done' to save the settings.
