How to Use an Android Tablet Like A Kindle

1. Navigate to the Android Market application and open it. In most cases, it should be a preset icon already on the tablet's desktop. To open the app, simply touch the icon.

2. Select the 'apps' option, as opposed to 'games.'

3. Select the 'Books & Reference' choice towards the top of the list.

4. Select the 'Top Free' option. If you do not, your options will be both best selling apps and frequently downloaded ones. Kindle may or may not be at the top of the list.

5. Touch the Kindle icon, agree to a license, if prompted, and download the app.

6. Open the Kindle app on your Android tablet. Follow all the prompts and set up your Kindle account. You will need to designate a payment option, and the device needs to registered with Amazon. This allows Amazon to send your ebook purchases directly to your tablet computer.
