How to Remove a Virtual Girl on a Computer

Deleting the Files

1. Open the 'Start' menu and click the 'Search' icon in the menu.

2. Type 'virtuagirl2.exe' into the Search bar and press 'Enter.'

3. Right-click on the file that appears in the window and select 'Delete' from the menu that appears.

4. Search for and delete each of these files:%ProgramFiles%\vg\windowsex.dll%ProgramFiles%\vg\windows.dll%ProgramFiles%\vg\vg2.dat%ProgramFiles%\vg\vg1.dat%ProgramFiles%\vg\update.dll%ProgramFiles%\vg\upd.exe%ProgramFiles%\vg\unwise.exe%ProgramFiles%\vg\system.dll%ProgramFiles%\vg\samples.dat%ProgramFiles%\vg\network.dll%ProgramFiles%\vg\music.dll%ProgramFiles%\vg\msvcr70.dll

Deleting the Registry Keys

5. Open the 'Start' menu and click the 'Run' box. Type 'regedit' into the Run box and then press 'Enter.' This will open the Registry Editor.

6. Click the 'HKEY_LOCAL-MACHINE' icon from the left side of the screen, then click the 'SOFTWARE' icon. Click the 'Microsoft' icon and then click 'Windows.' Click the 'CurrentVersion' icon.

7. Click the 'Uninstall' option and then right-click 'VirtuaGirl 2' from the menu. Click the 'Delete' button.

8. Repeat this process for these registry keys:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TotemHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Totem\VirtuaGirlHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\InstUf\uf1033HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\InstUfHKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Vg.DocumentHKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.VGIRLHKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.VGDEMOHKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.BK3HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.BK2HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.BK1

9. Restart the computer to complete the uninstall.
