1. Touch the 'Menu' button and tap 'Settings.' Touch 'Accounts & Sync.'

2. Tap your default Gmail account. The account will have a green 'Sync' icon next to it if you have it configured to sync with Google.

3. Tap the check boxes next to 'Sync Contacts,' 'Sync Gmail' and 'Sync Calendar' to remove the green checks from each. Touch the 'Back' button to return to the 'Accounts & Sync' screen. Touch the 'Home' button to return to the home screen.
