How to Flash Android to Kaiser
1. Back up all important data from the HTC Kaiser and shut off the device.
2. Download the file 'Final.zip' from the Android on HTC website (see the link in the Resources section).
3. Extract the contents of Final.zip to the microSD card in the HTC Kaiser.
4. Press and hold the camera and power buttons and insert the stylus into the reset hole in the bottom of the HTC Kaiser simultaneously. Release when you see a tricolor (red, green and yellow) image appear on the screen.
5. Press the power button to flash the device with the Android installer. This will take about one to two minutes.
6. Insert the stylus into the reset hole to reboot the Kaiser.
7. Hold the center button on the directional pad (the button in the center of the face buttons) as soon as you see the text: 'Hold down volume up or Dpad center to launch installer.' It will pass quickly, so it may take a few tries to catch it.
8. Choose 'Install System' from the installation menu that appears.
9. Choose 'Sys on NAND' from the next menu. 'NAND' refers to the Kaiser's internal memory.
10. Choose 'Install System' from the installation menu that at the bottom of the screen. Android will be installed to the Kaiser's internal memory. Once the process is finished, you will be able to reboot the Kaiser into Android.
