How to Get More Memory on the Android Emulator

1. Open the Android SDK Manager. Highlight the AVD you want to edit in the list of existing AVDs. Click 'Edit.'

2. Click 'Device RAM Size' in the Hardware panel. Enter a new value in megabytes.

3. Click 'Edit AVD.' Click 'OK' on the summary screen.
