How to Open Your Android Text Messages in Gmail

1. Open the Gmail application on your Android phone. The Gmail application is generally on the home screen of most Android phones or in the Applications list.

2. Enter your Gmail username and password using the phone's QWERTY or on-screen keyboard. After signing in to Gmail on the phone, your SMS will be synced to your Gmail account.

3. Open Gmail.com on your computer's Web browser. Sign in to the same Gmail account you used on the phone.

4. Click the 'SMS' tab on the left side of the screen. All of the text messages received since synchronizing the Gmail account with the phone will be displayed.

5. Select the text message you want to read. The interface is the same as standard Gmail emails.
