How to Connect an iPod Touch to an Android Eris
1. Tap the “Settings” icon on the iPod Touch, and then tap “General” followed by “Bluetooth.” Move the slider next to “Bluetooth” to “On.” The Bluetooth icon will appear at the top of the screen.
2. Press “Home” on the Eris, and then press its “Menu.” Tap Eris' “Settings.”
3. Press the Eris' “Wireless Controls.” Put a check in the “Bluetooth” box to activate the service. The Bluetooth icon will appear.
4. Navigate to “Bluetooth Settings” on the Eris, and put a check in the “Discoverable” box. That action will make the Eris available to pair with your iPod Touch.
5. Tap “Scan for devices” on the Eris. Tap the name of your iPod when it appears in the list.
6. Enter a personal identification number (PIN) if you're prompted. If you haven't set a personalized PIN, type “0000,” which is the default PIN. Afterward, your iPod and Eris should be connected.
