How to Make My Nook Run on Android

1. Mount your SD card to your computer using your SD card drive.

2. Open your Web browser and navigate to rbrune.de/nookhoney04.img.zip to download the HoneyComb virtual image. Save the contents of the ZIP file to your desktop.

3. Go online to launchpad.net/win32-image-writer/+download and select “win32diskimager-Release-0.3-r27-binary.zip” to download the disk imager. Select “Run” in the pop-up window when the disk imager has finished downloading and launch the utility.

4. Select the “Folder” button in the menu of the Windows Disk Imager window, highlight the HoneyComb virtual image file using the navigator dialog and click “OK.”

5. Select the drive containing your SD card and click “Write” to install the virtual image to your SD card.

6. Take out the SD card from your computer when the virtual image finishes installing, switch off your Nook and put the SD card into the device’s SD card slot.

7. Activate your Nook to make the device run on Android.
