How to Use a US Cellular Android Phone As a Hub
1. Contact the customer care department by dialing 611 from a U.S. Cellular phone, or (888) 944-9400 from another phone to add the tethering feature to your account.
2. Press the 'Menu' key on the Home screen of your Android phone.
3. Tap 'Settings' and select 'Wireless & networks.'
4. Touch 'Tethering & portable hotspot.' The phone will display an agreement policy. Tap 'Agree' to continue.
5. Tap 'Portable Wi-Fi hotspot settings' and touch 'Configure Wi-Fi hotspot.'
6. Type a name for your hotspot in the 'Network SSID' field and enter the password in the 'Password' field. You will need to enter the password when connecting a device to your wireless hub.
7. Tap 'Save' to finish setting up the connection.
