How to Use the Hey Tell App on an Android Phone
1. Select a contact to send your voice message to. Before recording your message, you will have to select a contact. You will have the ability to browse through all your contacts and organize them however you want. In order for your voice message to send correctly, the recipient must have the app installed as well. You will have the ability to send a request to your recipient that will ask him to download the app.
2. Press and hold the 'Hold And Speak' icon at the bottom of the screen. Similar to a walkie talkie, you must hold this button for the duration of your message. When you are finished with your message, it will automatically send it to the intended recipient. There is no need to hit any sort of 'Send' button. By default, your recipient's name will appear in a list similar to how it would in your text message list.
3. Press your recipient's name to play any message that she sends back to you. You will first receive a notification similar to a text message notification. Hey Tell will automatically save all sent and received messages under the name of your contact. You will have the ability to go back and replay any message sent or received.
