How to Attach Pictures on an Android

Attaching Pictures to a Text Message

1. Open your text messaging application. Tap the 'To' box, then select your contact or manually enter the person's phone number.

2. Tap the 'Message' field and type your message, if desired. Including a message is not necessary with a picture message.

3. Push the 'Menu' button. Tap 'Attach.' Tap 'Picture.'

4. Tap the folder the picture you want to attach is in. Tap on the picture you want to attach. Tap 'OK.'

5. Tap 'Send' to send the text message with the picture attached.

Attaching Pictures to an Email Message

6. Open the email application on your Android phone.

7. Push the 'Menu' button and tap 'Compose.' Type the email address in the 'To' field, or tap the contact icon and select a contact.

8. Type the subject in the 'Subject' line, if desired. Type the message in the 'Message' box, if desired.

9. Push 'Menu.' Tap 'Add Attachment.' Tap on 'Picture,' then tap the correct folder.

10. Tap on the picture you want to attach, then tap 'Attach.' Tap 'Send' to send the message.
