How to Install Gameloft Games on a Captivate

1. Download and install the USB drivers for the Samsung Captivate on your computer. The drivers are available to download from the Samsung website.

2. Download and install Microsoft .NET Framework 4 on your computer. The download is available on the Microsoft website. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete installation.

3. Download and install the Sideload Wonder Machine on your computer. The software is available to download from Android Central. Follow the prompts to properly set up the application.

4. Access Gameloft.com in your Web browser and review the available Android games.

5. Click 'Buy Now' when you find a game in which you are interested. A different browser or tab will open with the purchase information for the game.

6. Click any model of Samsung phone listed that is not available through AT&T Wireless in the drop-down menu in the right panel. For instance, select the Samsung GT-i900.

7. Enter your 10-digit mobile phone number and click 'OK.' A text message with a download link will be sent to your phone.

8. Open the text message and forward it to your email account. Do not click the link to download the game.

9. Open the forwarded message on your computer. Click the link and download the file to your computer. An ideal location to save the file is your computer's desktop.

10. Touch 'Settings' on your Captivate, then touch 'Applications.' Touch 'Development,' then touch 'USB Debugging Mode.'

11. Connect the Captivate to your computer with a USB cable. Drag the notification panel on your phone down and touch 'Mount.'

12. Launch Sideload Wonder Machine from your computer's desktop. Click 'Choose APK.' Click the game file you saved to your computer, then click 'Open.' Click 'OK.'

13. Click 'Install' and wait for the Gameloft game to install on your phone. Disconnect your phone when confirmation that the game was installed is displayed.
