How to Tether Your Android Phone
Download PdaNet
1. Tap 'Menu' on your Android phone and tap 'Market.'
2. Tap the 'Search' icon, indicated by a magnifying glass, and type 'PdaNet.'
3. Tap 'pdanet' in the list of results and then tap 'PdaNet.'
4. Tap 'Download,' agree to the terms and download and install the software to your phone.

5. Tap 'Menu' on your phone again and this time tap 'Settings.'
6. Tap 'Applications' and then 'Development.'
7. Check the box next to 'USB Debugging' and then confirm that change, if prompted.
8. Plug your phone into your laptop or notebook using the USB cable that came with the phone.
9. Tap 'Menu' on your phone. Tap 'Applications' and then 'PdaNet' to open the program.
10. Tap 'Enable USB Tether.' Your phone is all set.
11. Right-click the PdaNet icon on your computer screen and click 'Connect.' You should now be able to connect to the Internet using your phone as a modem.
