How to Use Android Advanced Task Manager

1. Tap the 'Applications' menu button on your home screen to open up the list of apps installed on your Android phone.

2. Select the 'Advanced Task Manager' icon to open Advanced Task Manager. The list you see on the main screen of the app shows all of the applications currently running on your phone.

3. Check the box next to any application you want to close by tapping it with your finger.

4. Tap the 'Kill Selected Tasks' button to close the applications you selected.
