How to Go Back to the Normal ROM on a Rooted Phone
Get Back Android ROM
1. Plug one end of the Android USB cable into the USB connection port on the Android smartphone. Plug the other end of the cable into a free USB port on the computer.
2. Close the notification box that appears on the phone by tapping it. Tap the notifications panel on the phone to select it. Tap the 'USB' check box to select it when a new window appears on the phone. Tap 'Mount' in the pop-up window that appears.
3. Double-click on the mounted drive of the phone when it appears on the desktop.
4. Launch the default Web browser by selecting it from the 'Start' and then 'All Applications' pop-up menu. Download the Android file update, from the official Google website, to the desktop.
5. Right-click on the file. Select 'Rename' from the pop-up menu. Name the file 'update.zip.'
6. Drag the file into the mounted drive's window. Turn the phone off. Power the phone on by pressing the 'Volume Up' and the 'Power' buttons together --- the exact sequence may vary, depending on the phone, and can be found in the instructions that accompanied the phone.
7. Select 'Recover' on the phone. Press the 'Power' button to activate the recovery mode. Press the 'Volume Up' and the 'Power' buttons together when a triangle appears on the phone. Select 'Update' on the phone and press the 'Power' button.
8. Reboot the phone when it says the update has been completed. Right-click on the mounted drive icon on the computer's screen. Select 'Eject' from the pop-up menu. Remove the cable from the phone and from the computer's USB port.

9. Plug the proprietary connector at one end of the iPhone cable into the iPhone. Plug the other end of the cable into a USB port on the computer.
10. Launch the iTunes program by selecting it from the 'Start' and then 'All Applications' pop-up menu.
11. Click on the icon of the iPhone that is in the left column of the iTunes window when it appears on the screen. Click the 'Summary' tab at the top of the window. Click the 'Restore' button at the center of the iTunes window. Click 'OK' to confirm this choice when the confirmation pop-up window appears. Let the restoration of the default system for the iPhone take place.
12. Right-click the icon of the iPhone when the restoration has finished. Select 'Eject' from the pop-up menu. Disconnect the iPhone cable from the iPhone and from the computer's USB port. Quit iTunes.
