How to Jailbreak an Android HTC Phone

1. Attempt to download the non-market app you want. A warning screen pops up that tells you such installation is blocked and gives you option buttons that say 'Settings' and 'Cancel.'

2. Click on the 'Settings' button. The window that opens contains several options, one of which says 'Unknown sources.' Click the box next to this label to allow downloading of non-market apps.

3. Read the warning that appears carefully before proceeding.

4. Click 'Ok' if you accept these terms. 'Cancel' if you have changed your mind.

5. Download the desired app.
