How to Disable the Bluetooth Redial

1. Locate the call control button on your Bluetooth headset. It may say 'Control' next to the button. Otherwise, it is typically the third button nearest the mic.

2. Press and hold the call control button. When you release the button, you should hear a tone signifying that you disabled the redial.

3. Practice with the call control button to see if it is off. Dial a number of someone on your contact list that you know is not available. Wait to see if the control button redials your last call.
