How to Do a Hard Reset on the Pandigital Black

1. Touch the tab at the bottom of the screen with the down-facing arrow to open the Application Quick Launch Bar.

2. Tap 'Settings' in the Application Quick Launch Bar.

3. Touch the right-facing blue arrow in the menu bar on the top of the screen and then touch 'Factory Reset.'

4. Tap 'Reset Device' and then 'Yes' on the confirmation screen to complete the reset.
