How to Reset My Metro PCS Phone

1. Press the left soft key to open the menu.

2. Press the left soft key again.

3. Click on 'Settings,' then 'More' to see more settings.

4. Click on 'Security.'

5. Click 'Phone Reset.' Type in the password, then press the 'Left Soft Key.' If you have not changed the password, it is the last four digits of your cell phone number.

6. Click 'OK' to agree to resetting the MetroPCS phone.
