How to Use Root Explorer

1. Tap the arrow in the lower-left hand corner of the screen to open the 'All apps' view.

2. Scroll down until you see 'Root Explorer.' Tap on its icon to load the application. A folder list appears.

3. Tap the folder marked '..' to move up one directory. Press the 'Back' button to return to the original directory. This is how you navigate using Root Explorer.

4. Press and hold a file or folder to pull up the context menu. From the context menu, you can perform the following operations on the file or folder: delete, rename, copy, move, send, view content, edit, adjust file permissions, and view properties.

5. Press the 'Back' button to close the context menu without changing anything.

6. Press the 'Menu' button to open the Root Explorer main menu. From here, you can create a new folder, add a bookmark, search, select multiple files or folders, and view file contents.

7. Press the 'Back' button to close the context menu without changing anything.
