How to Remove Programs From Android Desktops

1. Press the 'Power' button on the Android smartphone.

2. Unlock the device by sliding the 'Unlock' button across the touchscreen with your finger.

3. Locate the icon for the program you want to remove on the Android desktop.

4. Press and hold your finger to the icon. A trash can icon will appear at the bottom of the Android touchscreen.

5. Drag the icon from the desktop to the trash can icon and release your finger. The program has now been removed from the Android desktop.
